Coaching

Runners of all abilities can benefit from one to one coaching. An individual schedule will help you:

•  Realise your full potential
•  Maximize each run – understand the purpose & benefit of each run
•  Avoid injury
•  If you are a beginner, to start and progress sensibly
•  If you are experienced, train specifically towards that PB or new distance
•  Re-Motivate yourself
•  Take control

 

For ONLY £15 you can have your own Personal Training Plan up to a maximum of 12 weeks. I will create an individual schedule specific to your needs and goals.

If you would prefer, or as well as, I offer:

 

TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT SESSIONS:

A one to one 90 minute practical session where I:

  • Analyse your running technique

  • Advise on core conditioning

  • Advise on appropriate warm up and cool down, including stretching

  • Advise on all elements of running specific to your needs

 

Maximum 4 people at £20 per person, 2 people at £30 per person or 1 person at £40

 

RE – ASSESSMENT SESSION:

After your initial Technical Assessment this 90 minute follow up session will allow me to look at and discuss your progress, and if necessary to make any adjustments. A discount will be given on the above prices.
